Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the aicuci8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this Terms and Conditions document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and aicuci8 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the aicuci8 platform. Continued use following any posted amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use aicuci8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling.
• Not be under a self-exclusion period or any ban imposed by the platform or relevant authorities.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

aicuci8 reserves the right to request proof of identity from users at any stage, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), supporting financial documents, or other relevant information. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

User Account Management

Once an account has been successfully registered, the user is fully responsible for all activities that occur within that account. Account management responsibilities include the following:

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not disclose your login details to anyone, including aicuci8 staff — our staff will never ask for your password.
• Notify the aicuci8 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure personal information such as your registered mobile number and email address is always kept up to date.
• Do not transfer, sell, or give your account to any third party in any form.

aicuci8 will not be responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in protecting their own account login information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aicuci8 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the application is approved.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the user who registered the aicuci8 account.
• aicuci8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

aicuci8 offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, and users must understand those terms before accepting any offer.

For the Welcome Bonus of 150% up to RM1,000, the following conditions apply:

• The bonus is calculated based on the first qualifying deposit.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Wagering required RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user under any circumstances.
• aicuci8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the conditions are not met or if there are signs of abuse.

The aicuci8 VIP programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.3% to 1.2% depending on membership level. Upgrade eligibility depends on the user's activity level and loyalty.

Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on the aicuci8 platform, including online slots, live casino, and sports betting, are operated in accordance with rules set by their respective game providers and our platform standards.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a fair system and cannot be changed after a round has ended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, aicuci8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the user.
• In sports betting, any bet accepted based on incorrect information or a mispriced odd (odd error) may be voided by the platform.
• Users are not permitted to use any software or automated method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bets involving matches suspected of being fixed or manipulated (match fixing) will be fully voided.

User Responsibilities

• Technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, including internet outages, service provider issues, or natural disasters.
• Consequences arising from misuse of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in certain areas.

The aicuci8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the service runs smoothly at all times, we do not provide an absolute guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions or errors.

Account Termination and Suspension

aicuci8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user violates any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity, fraud, or conduct that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
• The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
• The user is found to be operating multiple accounts.
• The user requests self-exclusion through our Responsible Gambling program.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all eligible balances will be returned after the review process is completed.

Amendments to Terms and Enforcement
